Elie Yuri AMSELLEM
Chef Elie Yuri was born and raised in French
gastronomic city: Lyon. After graduating from the
renowned AINSB culinary school, with his degrees
in Bakery and Pastries, Elie Yuri worked for famous
Maison and Bakery in Lyon and Paris.
He learned to make his exquisite crepe recipes in the heart of Saint Germain, and famous Macarons from Pierre Herme Paris (proclaimed "Picasso of Pastry" by Vogue USA Magazine). In 2009, Elie Yuri developed his "Pretzel Challah" celebrated on the cover of the Los Angeles Times. Elie Yuri opened his catering "Crepes of Paris" in Los Angeles and Orange county in 2007 with one goal in mind : Deliver the same great taste of Paris' Crepes. In 2008, Chef Elie Yuri launched Breakfast of Paris, followed by Catering of Paris where he's using his bakery and fine pastry skills. |
